In this WP omics information from existing clinical trials will be used to compare responders with non-responders. Using high-resolution exploration of genomes and transcriptomes (mRNA, miRNA, lncRNA, and splice variants, 5mC and 5hmC DNA, copy number alterations, and phospho-proteomics) intention is to discover novel mechanisms of drug resistance and derive new predictive biomarkers. Whole genome and exome sequencing data are used for mutation burden and clonality estimation. Integration of molecular data into regulatory circuits will be performed with respect to cellular and nuclear localization and cell cycle state.
