Combining clinical data and data from biomaterial analyses is one of the main expertise of WP1 members. Patients from different clinics are registered by their physician and data as well as biomaterial (e.g. blood, fresh tissue or FFPE Samples) are transferred to the central Biobank and central Data Server. Whole genome, RNA sequencing and proteomics can then been performed using the respective biomaterials. Bioinformatics experts and data manager combine clinical and molecular data in order to perform Big Data Analysis.
